This is an episode about the death of 4 year old Trinity Chandler at the hands of child abuse, just the day after Michigan CPS saw her beat up face and determined her to be safe. With a picture of Trinity being posted on every local news channel, the case got a lot of attention and YouTube channels began to review it and give their opinion.
