Today's message is based on 1 Corinthians 11:17-33. What should happened when we come to the Lord’s table? We should be filled with wonder that God would choose to love us in Jesus. We bear witness to the transforming power of Jesus’ death on the cross. We should heed the warnings of partaking in the Lord’s Supper in a way that is personally unworthy or in a way that misconstrues the church’s witness of God in the community. We should welcome one another to the Lord’s table as sinners who have been saved by grace.
Today Jesus is inviting us to His table.
