Happy Fourth of July! It’s a special episode this week as the boys celebrate the rich history of American brewing, visiting two breweries that are almost as old as the country herself. We kick things off on the East Coast at the nation’s oldest operating brewhouse, D.G. Yuengling & Son. Founded as “Eagle Brewery” in 1829, this PA operation has a loyal following and has been crafting consistent, reliable beer offerings for nearly 200 years. Then, we’ll head out West for a visit to Anchor Brewing. Home to the now iconic “steam beer,” this San Francisco operation is largely credited with reviving the American beer scene and sparking the craft beer movement. This one’s all about the Red, White and Brew!
Featured beers: Yuengling Traditional Lager and Anchor Steam Beer. Plus: Stephen won’t shut up about his recent grilling experience and we find entertainment on TikTok.
