Aswand is a 2x author, who is unafraid to take risks. He attempted to start a semi-pro football team without fear. It didn't work out but that fail did not determine who he is. He went back to his old coaches and got the encouragement to keep moving forward in life.
Aswand gives a great shout out to his mom, Debra Cruikshank. She gave him perspective and helped him to establish priorities in life. Mom had his back on each occassion where he took a fall.
