In 2011, Paul partnered with John Maxwell to found The John Maxwell Team. In his role as President, Paul leads the fastest growing certification program in the world for coaches, speakers, and trainers, growing the membership to over 20,000 within its first seven years. John Maxwell said,“Aside from my faith and my family, the decision to create the John Maxwell Team is the best decision I’ve ever made.”Paul’s creation of the certification program earned him theMarcus Buckingham’s Leaders Leading Leaders award, which recognizes innovators who inspire excellence in others.
