He shares how although it is a competitive industry like most industries, due to the Covid pandemic, thethe playing field became level as the hotels were shut down. Since nobody was hiring musicians to perform in hotels that were closed, they made the most of the opportunity by starting relationships.
From that business another one was spawned where Matt developed an outbound appointment setting business for corporate sales. Matt has learned a lot in this venture and what he shares about culture in a business that usually has high turnover and developing relationships with prospects is worth the listen.
