How many people today are going into work today feel like their leader is clueless, doesn't understand them or may even be a total jerk?

After countless books and workshops over the years, we still have leadership issues in the world. 

Think of it, most people are promoted after being succesful of doing some task well. Then they are put in a position of management and are told to get results. They look at their staff as either people that get the results or people that they need to replace. They are in charge and need to be taken seriously. It is their way or the highway, authoritarian is what they are.

Others, always need to be right. They use information to prove they are right and think their team should respect them for that. Being right, does not build trust.

Think about your role as a leader. Are you Aware? We all understand the need for emotional intelligence. Brian highlights the need for Awareness Intelligence. One has to be in the moment to truly be able to serve others well.

From a role of parking cars at a large hospital to transporting patients to becoming an occupational therapist to eventually leading a hospital as a CEO, Brian Cunningham has always had a desire to serve others.
