But today, we're going to talk about step three, which is casting the vision. So when we talk about casting the vision, we're saying, let's paint a picture that's so clear that all of our employees, stockholders, and supporters know where we're going. They feel really good about it and can connect the dots from what they do daily to the vision. They see how they are contributing to the vision. So let's break it down.
