Description

It explains the Rashi that says the yud from Sarai's name complained until God split it and gave half (a heh) to Avraham's name, and the other half (heh) was added to Yehoshua's name by Moshe. What does it mean, and how did Moshe get it to give?

Bris milah is not stable without Torah. It was lost in Egypt and reinstated through Moshe. It still wasn't stable because of the sin of the spies that necessitated wandering in the desert for 40 years, when it was lost again. It was made stable by adding Eretz Yisroel when Yehoshua reinstituted it.
