Body image insecurities don't always stop when we start running. In fact, for many of us, they can become louder. Comparisons, expectations, and unspoken ideas about what a runner “should” look like can creep in through social media, start lines, and even our own inner dialogue. Over time, this can leave us questioning not just our bodies, but our identity as runners.
