Being a very open person when it comes to discussing periods/menstruation/anything involving the uterus, it's important to only have people in my life who are comfortable discussing these topics as well, which is why this is the topic for the week. It's important to note I am not a doctor nor an expert; I just wanted to share my experiences and own period-related health problems.
