這正是我們常見的「持續反應模式」:一直回應別人和社會的期望、回應自己不同角色的要求與下一步要做什麼,卻漸漸與自己斷開連結。

今集講停下來傾聽內在,當清晰度現起,幸福才能真正被體現。

Everything looks perfect on the surface: a stable career, a complete family, financial freedom.  Yet you wake up exhausted, rest never feels enough, and joy always seems out of reach… 

This isn’t a lack of gratitude—it’s one of the most common consequences of “overdoing.”

This is exactly the “constant response mode” many of us fall into:  continually responding to other people’s expectations, to the demands of our various roles, and to whatever needs to be done next—  while gradually losing connection with ourselves.

This episode is about pausing to listen inward.  When clarity begins to emerge, true happiness can finally be felt and lived.
