Frances is a New York-based artist, a dance educator, and a soloist of the world-renowned Limón Dance Company. We talk about her journey to becoming an immigrant artist in the US, why teaching internationally gave her purpose during the pandemic, the communal and collaborative energy of the Límon Company rehearsal room, her focus on communication when teaching, and working as the director of CCDT’s Young Apprentice Program in 2021.
