My name is Yana-founder and owner of ShaNaMetics. The motto of my brand is simple and effective cosmetics for healthy-looking skin. I have always wanted to run my own business and to make a difference. I promote self-care and positivity.
To support my business further, I have achieved a business diploma in essential oils and organic skincare, a certificate in holistic skincare and Business and Marketing for Holistic Therapists. I am currently studying aromatherapy.

My bio Rachel is from West Sussex and has recently celebrated her 40th birthday. She is a mother of 3. A daughter who has a rare genetic disease and 2 boisterous young boys. She is a supporter for the rare disease community after her daughter was diagnosed after 9yrs of medical testing. She is currently studying and exploring her crafty side with a view of starting her own business. She is a firm believer that knowledge is power. Learn something new every day.

About Natalie
I'm a mum of 3 ( Antony, Sarah, Ryan) my youngest has additional medical needs, he's a type one diabetic. I'm a special needs and mental health advocate, with my own blog The M.I.N.D. Gardener and podcast M.I.N.D. Yourself with Natalie. I'm a firm believer in a healthy mind = a healthy body, I am normally a pescatarian but am trying out a vegan diet for the month of January to see if it makes any difference to my health.
I work as a part-time Passenger Assistant for school transport with my local council which I love doing. I'm also a Senior Associate for a health and well-being company called Saba and more recently I started my own bespoke gift business called T1lly's Treasured Gifts.
When I'm not working I love to spend time in my garden and go out on my bike for long rides in the fresh air with the social cycling group
