Description

Welcome to “The Magnificent Jeremy London Takes Over the 500 Section Lounge!” That’s right, actor Jeremy London joins the guys this week! Along with Jeremy, Miles Doleac joined the show! Miles is an actor who wrote, produced, directed, and acted in the movie DEMIGOD (out in select theaters & On Demand, October 15th), talked about wearing the different hats of movie production.
From the start of the show, Miles and Jeremy are at peak form! Jeremy asks Miles a question and then apologizes for taking over the show. Sam and Little Matt have NO ISSUE with him doing so! The guys talk about beard acting, and lack of sleep from having a baby!
The topic of Jeremy in “Mallrats” comes up and the guys talk about different methods of directing, and how the process looks completely different from one director to another! Sam brings up the ease of seeing Jeremy in DEMIGOD, and the topic goes to “losing” the actor and “finding” the character of a part.
Jeremy talks about trying to prepare young actors, at his acting school, he instills the importance of certain aspects of acting, to keep growing as actors. Little Matt brings up the difficulties and differences in the movie world of a pandemic. Miles expands on how difficult it was, but that the world is in need of content, so if it can be created, it will be seen. They talk about how the cast of a movie grows to be part of a family, and how they both felt safer on the set compared to other places.
Miles’ educational accomplishments come up, and the group talks to him about having a doctorate in Ancient History. Miles shares that he does fall back on that education to incorporate historical elements into his films!
Richey joins the party late, but throws in a question that gets everyone going… What’s your favorite superhero? The answers were not unusual, but Jeremy states he didn’t know a certain person, when on the set of Mallrats.
It’s a great show! So, sit back, relax & #grabalisten!
DEMIGOD is out in select theaters and on-demand, on October 15th! Go find Miles (@miles_doleac) and Jeremy (@SirJeremyLondon) on Twitter!
