Alignment determines impact. Drawing from Luke 15:1–7, Pastor Barnes teaches that spiritual effectiveness flows from being properly aligned with God—not from public approval, imitation, or visible success. Using the illustration of a magnifying glass, he shows how God’s love, mercy, and grace are magnified through believers who are positioned correctly before Him. Misalignment may still produce results, but it leads to frustration and exhaustion, while true alignment releases authority, joy, and multiplied fruit.
Through examples from Moses, Joshua, and ultimately Jesus, Pastor Barnes emphasizes that authority in the natural is birthed from alignment in the Spirit. As the Church realigns with God’s heart and the Great Commission, Heaven responds with provision, power, and open doors. Alignment shifts believers from burnout to breakthrough and restores joy in rejoicing over every soul that turns toward God.
