Helen is a nutrition coach, personal trainer, Crossfit coach and a dear friend of mine. What Type 1s Eat is a podcast where there are no food rules, no right or wrong diets to control T1D, and no judgements about what you find works for your diabetes. This podcast aims to help you gain perspectives about how different Type 1's eat to help them manage their blood sugars, but also how they manage blood sugars with what they eat.
