Intersectional Group was founded in 2022 by Zhou Fang, our Principal Practitioner. The framework of Intersectionality is the foundation of our work at Intersectional Group, a consulting firm that centers human emotions and experiences while addressing matters and issues that have significant impacts on individuals, leadership, communities, organizations, and societies.
