Description

Derek accomplished a challenge I found quite inspiring.

75 days in a row of:

-Reading 10 pages of a book that feeds your mind

-Drinking 1 gallon of water

-Exercising twice for 45 minutes, one session outdoors

-Not eating junk food or drinking alcohol

I don't know a lot of people that have actually accomplished something like this by choice. I wanted to hear about the lessons learned and overall reflections, we had this conversation on day 75.
