Welcome to 2020 my friends today we are talking about communication and most importantly communication with our loved ones. For New Year’s Eve, I decided to go on a vision quest with the help of psychedelic mushrooms and I had one of the most beautiful experiences of my life and knew I needed to tell my parents about it. But, I was so nervous about what they were going to think that I presented the idea of recording the experience with them for the podcast as I told them the story. Most likely you will never hear that recording, but it allowed me to feel safe as I was telling them the story. Which then inspired this coffee talk about communication and speaking and living our truth.
