Description

This podcast gives an overview on stressors low socioeconomic status individuals and families may have to deal with and how it affects their mental health. It then transitions to describing possible ways one can improve their mental health through nourishing their body with nutrient-rich food and partake in different hobbies. Gardening is an inexpensive way for one to get physical exercise and while also growing their own produce.
