There is so much to cover in Burgundy. Where to start? Pete and VinoMike decided to start with an entry-level red. Basic Burgundy. That’s right – “Ya basic.”
They popped open a 2015 Aubert Lefas “Les Grandes Carelles” Bourgogne. This Craig Baker Selection offers the guys plenty to give you a red Burgundy primer. From talking about the varietal to geography to vintage variation and more, they drop some knowledge to get you started.
And if you already know about Burgundy, they give you plenty to look for on this bottle and beyond. Including, another a bit about importers and “selections.”
