Description

We loved giving our imposters some airtime in the hope that we can lessen their impact! In this episode, Sam and Heidi dive into the very human experience of imposter syndrome, where it comes from, why it shows up, and the ways it quietly shapes how we see ourselves. Through honest stories and real reflections, they unpack how workplace culture, feedback, and early experiences all play a role in feeding those “I’m going to get found out” thoughts.

They also talk about how social media can distort self‑perception, why psychological safety matters, and the power of identifying the things you’re genuinely good at.

This episode is ultimately about self-awareness, growth, andlearning to step outside the labels we’ve given ourselves, including  our “imposter.”
