What's up! Welcome to Hood Therapy. In this episode, I throw in another vent session. With so much going on in the world, this is meant to motivate and inspire you. Your feelings are valid and your life matters. It is essential that we remain positive in the midst of so much negativity. Make sure you find a way to practice self care today. It's the little things that keep us going through the tough times. Hold you faith higher than your fears. Keep your head up. Storms don't last forever. They may seem dark and negative but think about how much life flourishes after.
