12 episodes in already!? Crazy. Welcome to the Hood Therapy Podcast. In this episode, I discuss Staying Motivated. Staying motivated is something I struggle with from time to time. It sucks having something to do but not having the energy or right mindset to do it. I feel knowing how to get yourself out of the cloud of idleness and into the cloud of productivity is crucial. My aim is to give you a few tips that have helped me previously and even currently. Having a little motivation goes a long way so when you find some, take advantage of it!
