Whats up everyone? Welcome to Season 2, Episode 4 of Hood Therapy. If you've been here for you know what to expect, but if not that's fine too. In this episode, I discuss battling insecurity. Off the bat, I feel like this is an episode that you will gain a thing or two from. Insecurities are like little bills, they linger around until you try to get rid of them (painful) lol. I think its something we can all learn about insecurities especially in terms of how to deal with them. While some of us dont have any major insecurities, its helpful to understand them for when someone around us does.
