While not the easiest, challenging yourself and breaking bad habits will really push you to be better. This is something I've experienced and something I still experience today. These challenges shape you in ways that you can't imagine. We get so stuck in our daily routines, we don't realize the choices we make might lead to bad habits. Take some time to challenge yourself to break off from whats not beneficial to you.
