What are possible causes, and has enough been done to prevent these fires from occuring. Was it a natural occurance, or could it be arson, or worse, terrorism?
I also discuss a recent scam that occurred in Sarasota, Florida where a nurse was scammed out of $12,000 from a prison phone.
