From Force to Flow
In this episode, I’m naming something I’ve never said out loud before.
For a long time, I believed growth required force — more discipline, more pressure, more pushing through. And while that approach helped me survive certain seasons, it also kept me disconnected from myself… and from finishing the things that mattered most.
This episode marks a shift.
We explore what it means to stop forcing clarity and start listening for it. To recognize when unfinished work isn’t a failure — but a signal. And to understand how growth changes when it moves at a pace your nervous system can actually sustain.
This conversation isn’t about having everything figured out.
It’s about learning how to stay — with the work, with yourself, and with the version of you that’s still becoming.
If you’ve been feeling exhausted by hustle-based growth, stuck in cycles of starting and stopping, or afraid to open the next door because you don’t know who you’ll be on the other side… this episode is for you.
