Waiting For Jesus // Waiting with Patience
In this Advent Series, Pastor Clint looks at Jeremiah 29:1-14. No one likes waiting. We despise it and we do everything we can to avoid it. Yet, what we find in the Scriptures is that waiting uniquely forms and shapes us as the people of God. Even though we are waiting, we do not wait with idle hands. God has a plan for his people in exile who are waiting for redemption. Listen and be challenge to wait as residents, not refugees, serving our neighbors as friends, not enemies, and with the greater perspective that we really are citizens, not exiles in God's Kingdom.
