In this sermon, Pastor Kevin looks at Esther 8:1-9:19. Haman has been hanged, but there's still a major problem: the edict to destroy God’s people still stands. How will God intervene and bring salvation to his people? Because of Esther's selfless plea and a new decree, again, we see how the sovereign plan of God overcomes insurmountable opposition to his people. In the Book of Esther, and today, the Lord refuses to abandon those who are his and sovereignty works to bring about the salvation of his people.
