Wouldn't it be nice if life would just slow down? Or if we could just simplify things a bit? Over the last few years, I've found myself craving a simpler life. One where things are slow and intentional. Days where I am present where I am instead of being filled with the hustle and bustle of life or just mind-numbing activities. Today we'll talk about slowing down by becoming more intentional and less distracted.
