Description

Regrets. We've all got more than we'd like. Some of us have more than we can count...

This week, we talk about three commons regrets and some strategies to keep them from weighing us down to the point where we're stuck in the past. So listen in. You won't regret it...

Listener’s Question:

I’m going through a divorce and I can’t get past the feeling of regret that I choose the wrong person and wasted so much time. How do I get over this?

Small Group Questions:

To build connection with a friend or in your small group, ask each other these questions.

1.  Name a few regrets you have in your life. Are they more from bad decisions or missed opportunities?

2.  Christine and Laura talked about these three commons regrets: courage to live true to myself, not staying in touch with friends, and expressing your true feelings. Which one do you most resonate with and why?

3.  Reflecting upon your regrets, what’s one of two invitations or assignments you’d be willing to take on this week?
