Discipleship is essential for us to grow spiritually mature in a healthy way. It is commanded by Jesus in the Great Commission [Matthew 28:16-20], and it provides a foundation for our biblical community. We all need to be discipled and once we are spiritually mature and biblically literate, we need to disciple others.
