DAY 55: Numbers 3-4
Numbers 3–4 moves us to the very center of Israel’s camp, where the Levites are set apart to guard and carry the holy things of God. Substitution becomes structural, responsibility becomes precise, and the warning is unmistakable: God’s presence is life-giving, but never casual. These chapters remind us that nearness to holiness requires reverence—and ultimately point to Christ, the greater Substitute who makes safe access to God possible.
