Beginner Yoga Class - emphasizing forward folding poses, to release tension in the back of our bodies and legs.
Beginners- can learn the basic poses and gain the confidence in their practice to shift to trying new classes.
Adepts- can use simplicity to refine their practice to a deeper level of experience.
Tip- Try and emphasize the stretch, or "release" evenly along the whole of the back of legs (calves, hamstrings, buttocks) and back of body (lower back, upper back)
