As a strong friend you may be a natural nurturer but are you also being nurtured? If you struggle with asking for the same love you give endlessly then this episode is for you.
This episode is also for you if you don't necessarily identify as the strong friend but you have a strong friend in your circle. If your strong friend is always there for you but never requests your support in return then tune in to this episode. We'll address that not asking and not needing are not synonymous.
