As we are approaching towards the end of the financial year 2019-20, here are some sales tips that would help with your growth in 2020-21. 

Tips:

1. Have bigger goals and tie them to bigger rewards.

2. Allocate more time to high-value activity, which is sales activity for sales team.

3. See yourself as a value-creator. 

4. Sharpen your sales story.

5. Let your customer speak. Let them speak 2/3rd of the time.

6. Read sales books and some non-sales books. Read minimum two books a month.

7. Stop blaming higher price for sales related challenges. Focus on generating value.

8.  Take real time off. Go on vacation, recharge, refuel, refocus.
