In Episode #39 I talked about how to be inspired for internal transformation. This week I talk about stage number two, motivation. 

"If you find the right motivation, you can accomplish anything".

I read an article on zenhabits.net and it talked about motivation is what drives you toward a goal, what keeps you going when things get tough, the reason you get up early to exercise or work late to finish a project.

In order to be disciplined and consistent, you need motivation to carry you through.
