For a small church, CityLight is quite diverse. Most people value diversity- in theory. In reality, maintaining unity in diversity is hard work. For the church, diversity is essential. It is more than a social benefit- without diversity, the gospel itself is threatened.
城市之光是個小型卻多元的教會。大部分的人理論上重視多元性。就現實來說，在多元性當中要維持合一是個艱難的工作。對城市之光來說，多元性是必須的。不只有社交好處－少了多元性，福音就失去大能。
