JAMAR BROWN-KING.
Jamar is the Campus Pastor of Mosaic Atlanta, and we are honored to have him on this episode. Jamar touches on the current climate with the most recent murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis. These conversations are so hard to have, but I am so thankful for a friend who is here to educate me on how he lives his life.. Jamar gets so open about injustices he has experienced, and certain ways of thinking he has. These are generational issues, this is nothing new, but it is now being recorded.  He dreams of a day where his children can run and play and not have to worry about the color of their skin, but by the character of who they are. He wants this for not only his children, but mine, YOURS, all of humanity..  It begins with us.  We break this by having people in our life that are different than us whether it be looking different, thinking different, believing different. It doesn't matter. We are one humanity. To close out we touch on the forgiveness of these predators. Jamar chooses to forgive, but has a righteous anger. Again, we thank Jamar for his openness and honesty, these conversations are so uncomfortable, but so needed.
