We are officially in the 2nd wave of COVID19 globally. Wearing masks will become a way of life for us for years to come if not indefinitely. COVID19 may settle down to an annual vaccination in addition to the common flu but what other diseases are coming our way. The physical buildings that we are used to going to will be significantly restricted and as a result, many operations will be forced to scale down. School buildings and churches may become obsolete. The commercial real estate market will be the first to crash. The inner city rental market will crash and the suburban housing market will skyrocket. But our cities will become post-apocalyptic ghost towns.
