Leading the pack of wildfires is the Ryan fire in north-central Colorado and Wyoming. Ryan fire has stretched across more than 19,000 acres against 223 firefighters. It’s clearly a high priority.

The SILVER CREEK FIRE grew by more than 5,000 acres over the weekend but, fire crews were able to gain 50 percent containment against it.

The BULL DRAW FIRE grew over 2,500 acres over the weekend and is now at least 35,000 acres in size… but It is now 70 percent contained.

This cold front along with isolated rain showers will remind Denver that it really is Autumn today., The high will reach 80 degrees.

There is 20 percent chance for rain this afternoon but, it’ll decrease in the early evening with wind gusts up to 24 mph. The low tonight will be a cold 48 degrees.
