Spy/Dow open flat after huge gains yesterday, QQQ opens with very tiny gain as investors await Jerome Powell’s remarks later today. US 10 year treasury remains steady around 1.48. Gold continues to stay in a slump, Bitcoin even more so as it falls below a crucial support level at 30k. Housing market seems to be picking up even more steam (is that possible?) as material prices come back down to earth and new builds pick back up.
