WOW!! Longest Episode in Generation Q history :)  Finally managed to 'sit down' with Daniel. Dan and I always had a bit deeper conversations when we did meet up in the gym. He was my very first Personal Trainer. We had a lot in common from the first moment, we are both living a plant based lifestyle, we're both believe in spiritual mindset, and of course I developed love for fitness.  This episode is touched a subject, which is very important to me and that is personal growth and self-awareness, and self-blame. I feel I opened up a lot for Dan, and seeing my struggles in general, not just for the time of the lockdown.  It is important to accept ourselves in the present to be able to move forward.
