You don't need us to tell you that losing weight can be frustrating. Let's just make sure you're not making any of these mistakes so we can get you closer to your goals.
In this episode I've compiled 8 mistakes that I see the MOST when working with our group of women in our 1:1 coaching program. I've asked our coaches to pitch in on writing this article so I could get their views, options, insight and some different angles as well.
These are mistakes that we all are going to make. And the reality is that our health and weight loss journey is a big trial and error process a lot of the time. However, we can build some awareness around when we're making these mistakes which will allow us to reframe our mindset, and pivot a bit quicker into the right direction.
