Welcome to Episode 2 of Season 2! Michelle and I are showing up today to talk to you about overcoming emotional eating. And the challenges we face when we succumb to these moments of "weakness" in our health and weight loss journey. I think it's important to note that Michelle and I are coaches, not doctors nor disordered eating specialists. And we continue to build out network of professionals that we can outsource too when needed. 

We are, however, coaches! And what we DO do (very well I might add) is lead people to behaviour change. And like always, we're going to lead you to take actionable steps towards a better, more mindful and more intentional you. So dive in to this episode and let's talk about anxiety, fear of food, awareness exercises, and action steps.
