Kai Chang is the founder of Citizen Medic (www.citizenmedic.org), whose mission is to educate people so they too, could save lives in the face of disaster. Kai had a life changing experience in 2012 when a pedestrian was hit by a car outside of a café he was in. Despite only having taken ONE Red Cross course, Kai jumped in to save this person’s life.
