For the opening episode of Season 3, I interview Makeda Makossa. Makeda is a return guest (Check out her first interview on Episode 54), and she resides in San Diego, California. Makeda has lived an amazing life, she’s created so much for the people of San Diego, and she is cultural leader. In this episode she educates us about forgotten history, conscious evolution, health wisdom, and much more. February is Black History Month and Makeda was the perfect person to grace us with her presence.
