This episode, Mr. Mark Young enlightens us on how we should conduit inquiries about land purchases. After earning his Masters' in Urban and Regional Planning, he was employed by the City of Indianapolis’ Department of Metropolitan Development first as a comprehensive planner and then as a special projects coordinator. At his last position, Mark worked as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Director for the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) overseeing and creating policy and programs for over $500 million in annual funding. Currently Mark works as development consultant assisting clients with multifamily and single family housing projects, strategic planning efforts and business development.
